Registration Information
important things to know...

We require a hard copy of the registration form, which must be dropped in the drop slot located beside the front door of our 5009 Broadway Ave location.

When filling out the registration form, please fill in all blanks. If something is not applicable, write N/A or cross a line through it.

Emergency contacts must have a legal land address, not a box number or a rural route, please. These are licensing requirements.

Little Star does work with subsidized families. For more information on subsidy, please visit the Resources page and click on Helpful Links.

The Affordability Grant is automatically applied to children in the Kinder, Pre-K, and Tues/Thurs programs.

Superstar Summer Care
Registration is now open for the 2026 Superstar Summercare Program. Please drop filled-in forms into the drop slot beside the front door of our 5009 Broadway Ave location and wait for an email confirmation from Miss Chloe before making any payments. We are super excited to start prepping for fun in the sun and whatever kind of weather we get! Please ensure you print the correct form for the age of your child. Only children currently in kindergarten or younger qualify for the affordability grant, but only children in Grade 1 and older can possibly qualify for subsidy.
Current Kinders still register as Kinders for Summer Care.
