Important things to know
Registration starts March 1st each season and continues until programs are full and then we start a waitlist.
When filling out the registration form, please ensure you fill in all blanks. If something is not applicable, write N/A or cross a line through it. Also, emergency contacts have to have a legal land address, not a box number or a rural route
Please read the handbook applicable to the program you are enrolling your child in, they have information outlining the policies and procedures of the programs and will be of use to you when familiarizing yourself with my programs. You will be signing off that you have read & agreed to the policies outlined in the handbook.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Miss Becki via the email email@example.com. Completed forms and admin fees are to be dropped into the drop slot beside the front door at the 5009 Broadway Ave location and an email confirmation will be sent out once processed.
