Out of School Program Fees as of Jan 1, 2018

* You will be charged whatever method works out to be less expensive for you per month for example: if you used a lot of care, the monthly fee will most likely be best but if you did not, hourly may work out to be less and you will be charged accordingly. Bills come via email and you have one week to get payment in either by cheque, cash, e-transfer or direct deposit into any Servus Credit into account #9881574.

Hours of Care are 7:00am - 6:00pm

Monthly Care Includes                  

-Unlimited before school care

-Unlimited after school care

-One PD full day of care

PD Full Day Care

-Includes breakfast 

-Stars are required to bring a packed lunch

-Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the date, otherwise, full charges will apply

Before & After School Care (min of 5 hours of usage per month)

-all hours will be charged by half-hour increments. After 5 minutes past the half hour, it will be rounded to the next half hour. (revised Auguts 2016)

Morning Program

-Breakfast will be served until 7:30 at Little Star and 8:00 at IRIC & St Gregory.

There will be a $45.00 charge for any NSF fees

Payment is required to be made in the first week following billing, failure to comply will result in suspension of care until payment is made in full along with a $10.00 late fee. 

All no shows on regular school days will be charged $20.00

Subsidy is available to families that qualify. (see links page)

Late charges will apply if consistently late at a rate of $1.00 per minute, we are only licensed to run until 6:00 pm.

*Holiday care will only run if numbers permit (min 7 children) 

*Please label ALL your child's gear, all lost & found will be donated at the end of each month at Little Star, all lost and found from our onsite school programs will go in the school's lost and found bins.

* Personal belongings should not be brought to the program, Little Star will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. 

*Indoor footwear (labeled clearly with child's name) is required and will stay on site only at the Broadway Ave location. They must be closed toe and do not have to be new as long as they are clean. 

* All Stars need a labeled water bottle with them daily.
